	Snowflake rescued by FOUR PAWS The bear-like puppy is now in safe hands A FOUR PAWS Stray Animal Care unit operating in Romania made a heartbreaking discovery in a deserted factory: a tiny puppy was hidden in a box, all alone, hungry and scared. The fluffy youngster was brought immediately to the mobile vet clinic FOUR PAWS is using to care for the country’s large stray dog population – this is a hugely important task, particularly in an ice-cold winter like this. DANCING BEARS PARK Belitsa New Hibernation Record! LIONSROCK Tavi and Aurica discover their new enclosure and each other With five new lions arriving at LIONSROCK in early December, the available space needed to be reconsidered. The most sensible option soon turned out to be providing a mutual area to Tavi and Aurica, lion and lioness. In December, the idea was put into action: when the two animals, who hadn’t known each other before, awoke in their new terrain, a very special kind of approaching began. [more]

FOUR PAWS supports bird sanctuary EGS Providing a sustainable future for birds of prey FOUR PAWS is now supporting an Austrian sanctuary and care centre for owls and birds of prey. The EGS is currently caring for 400 wild birds and needs urgent support in order to expand and maintain state-of-the-art aid for the endangered animals. LIONSROCK The new arrivals get to know eachother Mufasa and Rici, Paco and Richard – the four younger lions of the fivesome that recently arrived at FOUR PAWS sanctuary LIONSROCK – are making rapid progress at settling into their new habitat.
